3. Services
My Third Space, LLC offers rental services for reusable tools and equipment for various hobbies and creative outlets. Our services are intended for the general public, and we do not claim any ownership of the design, components, or intellectual property of any of the equipment. Every rental term is set to begin at the time of order receipt.
4. Payment Terms
- Our services are subscription-based with monthly payment terms.
- Outright purchases of the equipment are not allowed at this time
5. Delivery/Shipping Policies
- The cost of shipping is included in the subscription fee.
- Customers must return every component of the equipment in working order within 2 days of the end of their subscription term. If anything is missing the customer will be charged a fair market price for anything that is missing
6. Returns/Refunds Policies
- Returns and refunds will be issued if any equipment arrives broken or missing.
- Issues must be reported immediately upon receipt.
- Refunds only apply to the equipment itself, not to components of creation (e.g., beads, sticker paper, ingredients).
- My Third Space, LLC is not responsible for any issues arising from deviations from the included setup guides.
7. User Responsibilities
● Users must use the equipment as specified in the included setup guides, directions, and walkthroughs.
● All components of reusable equipment must be returned.
● Equipment must be returned within 2 days of the end of the subscription term.
● Users will be charged the purchase price for any broken equipment (you break it, you buy it).
● Users will be charged for any missing components.
● If the equipment is not returned within 2 days of the end of the term, users will be charged for another month of usage.
● My Third Space, LLC is not responsible for any harm caused by the equipment or any illegal activities committed with it. The equipment is intended strictly for recreational use.
8. Privacy Policy
- My Third Space, LLC will use customer data to gather insights into customer experience, usage rates, breakage rates, profitability, conversion rates of curious users to hobby enthusiasts, and general wear and tear of equipment.
- Customer data will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and regulations.
9. Intellectual Property
- My Third Space, LLC owns the domain mythirdspace.co, the logo, artwork, and all content on the Site.
- Unauthorized use of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
10. Dispute Resolution
- Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services will be resolved through arbitration in Denver, CO, as agreed upon by both parties.
11. Changes to These Terms
- My Third Space, LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Site, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
